My name is Britney and I am a graduate student in the Masters of Library Science program at the University of North Texas. I currently work full-time in a public library and am about halfway finished with my degree program. Besides working and schooling, I read (too much), write (not enough), travel, and hang out with my friends or cat. My life is one crazy party.

One of the classes I'm currently enrolled in is Introduction to Children's Literature. This is my blog to review some of the literature I will be reading for that class. I have been a long time fan of young adult literature but this will be my first real foray into younger children's literature since I was a kid.
